  • Try to forgive:

Do you ever feel mad at someone who has done wrong to you?

Well, that's human nature, which can produce drastic effects on your mental as well as spiritual health. So, the best antidote of this problem is forgiveness. Yeah, I know it's difficult to forgive someone. It's not the thing which comes from outside , actually it comes from within you and when you do, it makes you feel more happier.


  • Spend 30 minutes with yourself in morning:

Meditation and yoga are the best ways to achieve spiritual fitness. Yoga is not only helpful for physical fitness but it also helps to achieve the peaceful state of mind. When you inhale fresh oxygen in the morning , it will remove metal toxicity and help to calm your soul. It will also help you to stay focused toward your goals. So, we can say meditation and yoga can increase our concentration power.


  • Enchanting morning Prayers:

Prayers definitely depict your faith on god. When you pray to god, you just do it because you know that someone is there who is listening to you, always be with you and you have trust that something good will happen. So that brings a positive attitude in you and motivates you to do something more better.


  • Listen up to the music:

Music is something which  helps you to placate your soul as well as your mind. Let me tell you my experience, when I feel disturbed  I just listen up to the music or some peaceful tunings which just touch your soul.


  • Be like a candle:

Have you ever observed a candle?  When you light a candle , it starts melting gradually. But before it extinguishes it gives light to someone. Similarly, when we human beings help the needy ones, we just feel self satisfied. So, this feeling of self satisfaction calms our soul.
